"1. Four-well plastic paddle is used to collect milk from each quarter of the cow to be tested. 2. Discard the foremilk, and then draw a little milk into each well. 3. Add an equal volume of test reagent to each well and then the agitate sample gently. The reaction is scored on a scale of 0 (the mixture remaining unchanged) to 3 (an almost-solid gel forming). Score of 2 or 3 being considered a positive result. "
