Returns & Refund Policy

  • Most items purchased from sellers listed on are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly (clearly) identified as non-returnable.

Return Policy:

  • We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to the specifications. However, products are returnable with the following terms & conditions:
  1. All Supplements, Premixes, Preventives, Disinfectants & Hoof care:
  • Product orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse; it can only be returned / exchanged if it is damaged during transportation.
  • Please check the packs immediately after receipt & take a note from the transport / logistic partner in case you receive the above category items damaged during transportation & notify BeingFarmers Customer Support immediately.

        2. Tools & Equipment:

  • Products can be returned / exchanged if you receive them in damaged condition or they have missing parts or manufacturing defects. Please notify Customer Support immediately or within 5 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Blood Ketone Monitor, Diagnostic Kits & equipment and disposable & / or apparels.


        3. Non-Returnable categories: Genetics

        4. We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these  cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 30% invoice value of products as restocking charge, ONLY  if you notify us within 30 days of receipt.

         5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect product / model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

         6. Also, BeingFarmers reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note”: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."

         7. Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s / manufacturer's box/pack, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the            accessories therein, wherever applicable).

Refund Policy:

  • At, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

        Full Refund Possible if:

  • you received a defective item.
  • the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
  • the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date. the item to be returned, must not be opened and must be in its original condition

Please note: 

  • Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit / Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 12 to 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, simply email us your order details along with a copy of the invoice, including the reason why you are requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
